Under the leadership of their new global talent acquisition leader, the objective was to provide consistent and replicable training to their talent acquisition teams worldwide.
Solution
In Talent Sandbox, the organisation found an ideal learning solution that offered onboarding, development, and best practice elements for individuals at all levels in the talent acquisition function. This comprehensive training program was rolled out to 80 recruiters across the organisation, ranging from entry-level to TA leaders. Participation in the training became mandatory for every recruit.
